AGREED drive the car where ever you want get good milage and still run your numbers closed loop for me 
so to run 9.99999999999999999 you need to run 300 shot gut your car...huge slicks and th400? We can go all day, I suggest we dont, esp right before lvd people. Read the tuning forums....open loop is great for drag cars not street cars...the last open loop vette I saw was driving like a hunk of **** and the oil smelled like 94 octane not oil. If you tune a 400hp camaro in open loop then your a moron..PERIOD

i went 9.9999999999
gary went 9.6 with a stock K-Member still in the car.
my turbo setup was open, and i got easy 25-28 mpg and she ran great.
Boris car with 30k miles on a heads and cam package, tuned up the same way, ran great, went back once for a retune and it turned out to be a bad plug wire. so 30k pluss on a 420 hp daily driven ta, open loop 3800 pounds 11.7 with street tires, 918 springs (also with 30k) ac, power everything, bla bla bla. open, and ran mint.

bad, have you ever had a race car? if not, you cant say you loose enjoyment. let me tell you, when that t brake comes up and your eyes hit the back of your skull from the 700+ rwhp tossing your car and your head never once comes off the seat even if you try, let me tell you, It is enjoyable. trust me.
