Im soo pissed!!! the F*&^%ng chevy dealer has had my truck for 3 weeks now just to fix some clear coat on my wheels!!!! it was warrenty, and instead of replacing them, they sent all 4 out to get re finished, while this was happening they rented me a little 1500 that wont pull my traler so it sux.
$50 a day for the rental, times 3 weeks $1050 plus $250 per wheel to redo the wheels = $2,050 for a set stock 2500 hd wheels!
dumb bitch wouldnt just replace them at $170 per wheel out of the GM catalog. stupid **** heads.
i would fire my guys if they cost me that much!!!

we just went through that wit a monte carlo here , had the rims in a day and kept them in a rental for a day . they wanted to send them out at first too.
that sucks though the've had it this long why not just through some other rims on the truck till you get yours back if they wanna be that cheap

they told me 4 days!! had i known it would be 3 weeks or more, i would have got 4 new ones from ebay for $400 bucks, put my nice 33's on them, and get my others back for spares.

I just bought a set of 4, 16" alum.'s, 8 lug w/GMC centers mounted and balanced w/Bridgestone 245's 10 ply take-offs w/less than 50 miles for $570.50 on Ebay. They are absolutely perfect... These are highway tread, too--not the aggressive ones... How yours come back, should be interesting, Brad...Can't believe they wouldn't give you new wheels...GM must really be in trouble... WJ

yhea, i found new ones for 400 on ebay no tires. but i run 33's on my rims, so i didnt need tires.
GM is in trouble because of stupidity like this. a set of $400 wheels just cost GM over 2K!!!!!

i did that, and i called executive offices, and they said sorry, thats what the distric maniger is for.
im writing a leter to gm tho, just so they know they suck. keep in mind, between myself and my father we own own 18 GM vehicles right now!! not have had or will have, in my name i have 5, my old man has 4 and our company has 9 or 10 it sucks they trust these distric managers, and they suck and cost them a ton.

I can't stand when I have to go to the dealer for anything. Last time I brought my Dodge Hemi Ram in for my "complimentary" oil change they scratched my rim and dented my bumper, then I had to drive a smelly old Ford Taurus for a week while they made the repairs.

Noyzee you are beginning to sound like me when I was going around with my dealers woes... no one, should go through that and be stone-walled by morons... I would LOVE TO get a hold of the Northeast warrentee rep's # address and everthing... I'd rip her a new one on the phone for treating a customer like total utter crap, after that customer spent 1000's on their product... I hope she get's what she deserves

its so true, you have a good customer who deals with you on buying all there cars and trucks (we buy atleast 1-2 trucks a year) we do some service there, i send people there to buy ect ect, and they treat you like ****, and **** you off.
i dont get it.
I hope to see her some time. i was told at the corvette show this dealer holds, her and her GF show up sometimes.
if so, im going with my sling shot and paint *****. (dont want to get busted with the gun. lol
