Default Hey Slowhawk!!

I dynoed at new england dyno and tuning. Very dissapointing 281hp 303tq whats in my sig is what I got. Any suggestions. And im thinking of purchasing a set of QTP lt's + uncatted ypipe, unsure of what exhaust to complete the system. My goal is a mid 12. For now, Anyother things that Anybody thinks will help me out would be great. Thanks. Oh and the 14.5 was only because im new at driving a stick especially at the track. I use to own a a4 and dragged it all the time almost hit 12's but sold it.

Sounds almost like the 99 t-body isnt seeing WOT. do the headers and that will help alot, then i would say start saving for a tune. your car should have lots left in it!!
not sure where your from, but Slowhawk and East Side are about the same distance from NEDT so pick one and grab a good tune, and seat time myfriend, seat time, thats all that you need.
practice racing, and git r dun!!

I'd suggest Kook header's,LS6 intake and tune the stuff in.Right now your car is probly in some kind of limp mode which put you at 280hp.

I'm goin to start with getting my car to stop throwing codes first, Put some new cats on and do a tune up. Was thinking MSD Superconductor 8.5mm Plug Wires with NGK TR55-IX Iridium Spark Plug. Yes or NO. When you say go kooks headers but keep qtp ypipe, and what exhaust will best complete the system. And ls6 intake manifold, Keep bbk 80mm TB or put stock back on, And anybody ever heard of a Delphi MAF I never have.

Good chance your Cats are fine but the rear 02's are junk.
Wire's-stock GM are best
Plugs- NGK TR55 copper V-plugs. -Iridium are a waste of $$.
Kook headers with the Kooks Y-pipe. (I'm not a fan of QTP's fitment on the Y)

How much are copper v-plugs and what site can I get them from.
Can I get something that I can put in place of the rear 02 or should I delete them with a tune.
Where can I get the best price on kooks.

What do you charge for tuning. And what kind of gain would I generally see with it.
1 3/4" x 3" Stainless, w/3" ypipe with or without magnaflow cats. 2 02 extensions, 1 3/4" header gasket, stage 8 locking header bolts, Ls6 intake manifold. Would this be a smart purchase, And would I need tuning or no.

kooks might fit a little better but the qtp's make more power on the dyno.

seen it go both ways...depends on the day, temp ,etc. Unless you have done them both back to abck on the same car in the same day on the same dyno?
