Angry nos intake explosion
Pretty much removed the entire top end on the engine. Not a good day at all..

NOS got stuck open. Car filled up with nos and 116 octane then melted a wire and a spark was all that it needed to blow it up..

Got a 408 in the process now so I bit the bullet and ordered a custom sheetmetal intake and will plum that.

dont know much about your set-up but the fact that it involves a 408, a sheetmetal intake and n2o i am guess that it will be real nice and real fast.

Ouch it's the stuff like this that makes me fear going with nitrous again.....have seen a few nasty blown up intakes but this pic takes the cake!

this happens alot less then FI miss happs. i cant say how many ive seen.
this is only like the 3rd car i have seen this happen to.
