Hmmm...That going to be one of the few GM cars to pass thru the doors down there?

The project will be running slow at first (low9's) then we'll keep turning it up till we reach our goal/$$ fund.The car I'm basing this off of just ran 8.8 at 130mph (132mph in the 1/8) on DR's but the blower pipes kept coming off.(easy fix). The wallet is taking a big hit so far,but I see it worth doing the cage at first so it doesn't need to be updated for awhile 
cant wait to see it when it gets back

I think you were refering to the 25.2 cage. The 25.5 has the funny car style cage that goes around the driver.Don't worry they will change the rules again soon enough. 25.5 is good for 7.5 --for now.

the 25.5 has all the bracing on the floor ect ect.
Are both sanctioning bodies, (NHRA and IHRA) going by the same guidlines for the e.t.'s allowed using these cages, or do they both have different guidelines? What about NMCA? Their own rules for cages, or is one good for all? They are sometimes conflicting on certain rules..... WJ
