Sorry to hear this, Mike. I hope they make it right by refunding your money on the manifolds. I don't think you want them back after "a little judicious hammering" to make them "right". It seems that you have been very patient about this but you are doing the right thing by warning people about the problem .

That guys excuse is such BS. To be blunt because I'm pissed off, he's too stupid to realize how damaging the whole situation is to his reputation and the company he works for. Youve got to wonder if he really knows how to fix it, so the idiot just leaves it there waiting for it to go away. All you want from a guy is to to be honest and own up to his mistakes like a man. The real shame of it is life is short and Mike wasted time which you can never get back.

A guy like this, who just pretends to be a businessman, and evidently is also a lousy fabricator and craftsman--needs to be taught a lesson. Lesson being: Someone's gotta drag his sorry *** into court....He probably will just go nipples up by filing bankruptcy, like most of these low-life liars do, but at least he won't be able to keep ******* people over by taking their $ up front for a product that is poorly engineered w/major fitment problems and other quality issues. The ****-poor excuses and lying to people continuously prove to me that this guy has no business building turbo systems, incl. headers, etc. Sounds like he should be maybe piping Frappachino machines at Dunkin' Donuts.... I hope you get at least, SOME of your $ back, or SOME satisfaction out of this mess, Mike. WJ

That's probably why he stopped making the manifold kit and went to one where you use the stock manifolds. He probably knew it did not work before he sold it. Sucks.

Good luck Mike. Unfortunately, based on post #13 from that thread, it doesn't look good. That is the absolute worst response Pham could have given...he already has your money...how the fu@k could your stuff be at the bottom of his priority list after you've already paid him?!?!...for a kit that doesn't work! I really hope he turns around his attitude...hopefully the mods will help. And your offer to meet him halfway is ridicules...why should you lose half your money for a kit that doesn't work? Not to mention losing use of the car for the whole summer. Good luck, I really hope Pham make's it right.

That sucks. But, look at it this way.. most of the people that make huge power with turbo kits are all running a cuatom built setup to their needs.. you'll probably end up with a better setup that way. The lost $$, that sucks plain and simple, bad part is that the only way you could have even known was if you saw one installed on a car... and it's not like there's a ton if people running aorund with turbo setups on ls1 f ody cars anyway.

Good luck with the whole thing.
