Sorry, little out of my price range LOL. Probably worth every penny thouugh with the garage space you have there. In about 3 more houses.. if I stick to plan to buy, and sell for about 40 to 50 more then I paid.. I'll be ready for that.

Just moved from Hamden to Branford. Sold the CETA tried out the M3, hated that and sold it and now i have an 03 C5 vette!

Chief, comming from your house, you'd take river road to Mill river country club. At that light there, take a left onto East Main st. Go approx 1 mile and take a right onto Patterson ave. (if you pass the Frog Pond, you went too far). Come to a stop Sign, bear right and its your first right (about 100ft after that stop sign) Its called Prim St. #30.
Chef....your kinda right. Not too far from Police station, but on the other side of the park.
I got a pretty good offer yesterday on the house. Just a tad bit low, but definately not out of the question. Had a showing this morning and the people seemed very interested.
