Sounds like all things that can be fixed with tuning... I'd look into getting that done and go from there. If you need a set of o2 simms, I have a brand new pair that I never used, I think I opened them to make sure the plugs would fit and that's it. If you need them, lemme know, they are for a 4th gen f body, if that matters at all.

P0160 is a cat effeciency error, if you have an ory, then that is a guarintee to come up, you either need to put cats in it, or simms.. tuning will for sure fix alot of that. The p0400 I don't know what that one is. How many codes do they allow before they fail the car?
if you get it tuned to fix the issues and some simms for the rear o2 sensors, make sur eyou drive it alot, alot fo start up's cold and warm before you go to get it retested, so everything will say ready.
What year is the car?

Why would you have to buy a laptop and $500 software? Get a mail order tune to get you buy. They can tune out the O2 problems and the air pump problems and probably get you passed.

I'd try flipping the simms around, maybe you have a bad one? If that's the case, then you might be able to easily fix one of the issues there. I'd guess the PCM section would be a better place to ask, but see if there's a way electronicially to trick the computer into thinking the EGR is on and working, kind of like a skip shift eliminator. I'm sure it can be done, the computer is only turning somethign on there and then getting some kind of reading to kmake sure what it supposedly turned on did something, it's looking for some kind of feedback.
I have a set of simms that I can sell ya, they are new if you need them, I have another guy that pm'e dme about them, but you get the offer first.

werd...i think madz & pcm4less do mail tuning for lt1's very reasonably priced...and if all you need is some code deletions you might be talking less then $100

if your throwing codes of course its not going to pass....each of hte codes you described can be deleted with tuning in about 30 seconds...you probably added mods after you were tuned by them which gave you the codes you have...I would say contact ion again with your new mods, what codes your throwing & get a new tune with those specific codes deleted.
