It makes prity much flat power from 6000 to 7000 and I actualy anticipate the light, once I got used to how fast it rev'd. If you watch the video you can see me pull the shifter as the light is coming on, I'm not realy waiting for it. The limiter is set at 7200 but Julio never pulled it to the limiter, he always let off around 7000RPM.
I dont have a scanner at home, but I will take a pic of the dyno graph later tonight, hopefully it comes out.

There are always little things you can do that cost you nothing, like taking out the seats, droping the sway bar, jack spair, and even front bumper support. Then if you want to go nuttyer, you can take out the speakers and even carpet.
After that you have to start paying, K-member, breaks, race seat, lightened rear, etc.

I'm gonna yank my a/c, and radio this year.. I haven't listened to the radio in 3 years.. hell I had a CD in the thing I popped out the last time I started tha car that I thougth I lost. As soon as I get my hands on somethig to use as a cover, it, along withevery wire for it, including the door speakers are exiting stage left. The bumper supports, as much as they weigh, I'm leaving in until teh car is off the street. Taking them out, and street driving the car is too risky IMO. The spare+ jack come out at the track, and the rear seat, heat shields, t top holders, washer bottle, all that stuff is gone. I pulled the rear panhard support last year, but think I might put it back, or try to make something that's lighter then the factory piece... probably won't hapen though. someday, I'll get a narrowed 9 inch with alum center section, but not until this car comes off the street and I get a 2nd one to cruise in to shows and whatnot in the summer. Then I can justify pulling the 12 bolt out for a LW 9 inch, because the 12 bolt can go in the street car.. 2 cars get upgraded with one part, that's how I see it.
K member, a arms, lw brakes, abs delete, along with the cruise TCs, , power steering and rack are next year's plan, and when I finally cage the car, maybe over this winter, I'll do the alum kirkey seats and LW carpet then, as I'll have the entire car apart anyway. Maybe if I'm feeling brave then, I might remove the heat and all that crap at the same time.. but I swore until the car was off the road I wouldn't do that. I figure I have this summer, and next summer on the street ( about 1500 to 3000 miles a year ) and then it's coming off for good, plates go away, the whole deal. After that, bumper supports, everything's game, just have to find stuff to do for this year, I know the car's making enough power to lay down a good # at the track, just have to get the weight out os it can shine.

Very, very good job dude, those are some stellar numbers, and through a 6 speed no less.
Congrats again to Alex and Cartek Racing.
And yes those QTP headers are awesome (I have the same ones ).

I went to weather under ground for the weather that night and this is what I came up with because we all know the weather reports from the track sucks..
Time.......temp................................... .....Hum-....Bar
9:54 PM 35.1 °F / 1.7 °C 14.0 °F / -10.0 °C 42% 30.20 in / 1022.6 hPa
Then I went to the Density Altitude Calculator and put those numbers in and ended up with this
Altitude 80 feet
Air Temperature 35 degrees F
Altimeter Setting 30.20 inches Hg
Relative Humidity 42 %
Density Altitude -1812 feet
Absolute Pressure 30.113 inches Hg
Relative Density 105.41 %
Thats some nice air to race in . Only if I lived closer to a track where I can jump up and hit the track when the air is good

And I'm still going to go by the guys weathr station, not an online DA Calculator. As a Pilot I have seen those things be off by close to 500-700feet!!

Don't forget filling out that permission slip and having it signed by the Mrs.
