For the PCV it is important run run them.Alot of people don't and thats fine but there is more power with them. This is why alot of the fast race cars run a vaccuum pump or a one way valve into the exhaust. The vacuum pulls a seal on the rings. We gained 80rwhp on one of our Stangs by just swaping on a vacuum pump.Yes,this is a pump on a race car but still has a similar purpose

As Chef said the new truck style valve works great. We sometimes use that with a dual chamber catch can setup which pretty much eliminates all oil consumption through the intake.

Even Andy was doing some good burnouts into the oncoming traffic lane! This was of course after he almost burned down the trees in don's backyard! My vette just 'whistled' while driving.

You could have done the intake and been 20 min behind Gary. I took 2+ hours to do it. Had to take it off again after finishing it. I for got the Vaccume hose on the back. Tha FAST has it in a different position than the LS6.

That's why I'll never get in a car with Ninja again. I went for lunch once with him. That's enough for me.

I actually just changed my oil last week and decided it was the perfect time to make that mod so I could see how much better the consumption rate improved after a fresh fill. You want part number 12572717. I think it's used on all newer LSx engines. The jury is still out on whether it will be an improvement, but hey, it was $7, 2 minutes to install and you should be changing it once in a while anyway.
