I've spent thousands at both northern NJ shops and I will continue getting all my work done at TTP. They're great guys who know what they are talking about and are very easy to deal with. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and wish I had gone to their shop to begin with.

I've yet to deal with them but, I was born in Clifton and PMed them asking how towns doing. I got a very nice reply promptly I've been meaning to both visit the old stomping grounds and get new toys so hopfully I'll do both soon.

I know I've yet to deal with them myself but any shop that is that nice to a "passerby" has got to really take care of people they deal with.

i haven't heard many negative things about them...i think my tune could have been a little better but you can't win em all

EDIT 3/20: i apologize for my above comment without properly diagnosing the problem or contacting TTP to look at it...it looks like it was my O2's that have been giving me grief...they weren't causing any codes to be thrown, but were causing me to run really rich at idle and backfire under hard acceleration. anyhow - i was doing some springtime maintenance late last night/early this morning and i figured i would replace them with a pair i had laying around...i think they're just a bit old. turns out i'm running much better aside from the expected differences due to some changes i made to my setup

BTW Ace, Clifton is still Clifton...hot grill and rutt's hut are still making kick *** heart attack causing food

Thats the only complaint Ive ever heard about the shop.

They installed their shop cam in my car and a FAST 90/90 setup. TTP does GREAT work.

i have only been there for the dyno days, what can i say im poor and cant afford to have motor work done yet lol... But the dyno day was good. They talked to me,answered my questions and talked to me more about some tuning things i can do on my own.. You should go to the next dyno day. Meet them and talk to them and see what you think. Oh the food is good too and you get to meet others from this board.

Thanks for the positive comments guys.

iamsickofitall: I didnt know you were disappointed in the tune. If you raised that point to myself or one of my sales associates it would have been taken care of. Give us a call 973-365-2270 and please express your problem.

Alex: And what does that mean? Every post you make just makes you seem more and more immature.

Aw Matt... all it means is that George knows more about TTP then the avarage customer. Maybe he can offer some ballanced insight as to how the shop runs?

What do you think?
