i live in CT dont get harrassed about front plate besides i couldnt put it on my front nose doesnt have the brackets for it. But i heard about them switching to windshield stickers.

Yeah, well it's the law for cops to drive the speed limit too. I see cops everywhere riding the left lane (failure to stay right) on an empty road, speeding for no reason because I have seen them end up at Wawa for coffee or back at the station after flying down the road, and no turn signals, etc. It's a fundraiser, pure and simple.
