I'd say go for it. I had a 94 Z28 and loved it. Most of them run 13.8-14.3 stock@100ish with the A4. Buy some Nitto's for the rear. Do you know if it has 3.23 or 2.73 gears? Easy to tell if it's still stock. Just look at the shifter and if it goes 1, 2, D, OD then it has 3.23's. I don't think the price is bad for that mileage in excellent shape.-Fred

I'm going to look at it because i haven't been close up to it.. I'm not really worried about running it at the track right now..

If it's stock it has 2.73's, but looks nice just the same!

That has a 3.23 rear because first gear is selectable. For 5k and less then 40k on it, I'd say its a good deal. Just check it over for leaks and driveability issues.

That means it came with "taller" or "longer" gears... if you don't know what that means than it won't make much difference to you anyway... But at that price if it drives nice and doesn't seem to have any problems... I'd say go for it....

Good way to put it.. I'm sure my nephew could explain it.. or if you gave me the algabric equasion for funal drive line ratio's to gas milage that would work also

I have a good feeling about this and belive i will go for it.. after my master mechianic checks it out..

How about this... 2.73 = the best gas mileage... but are not the best performing... Good deal, If I had the shot I'd prob swipe it up too! But lose those little pin stripe things....

As stated a 2.73 will help with gas mileage and have a higher top speed, but acceleration will be at a slower rate. That is a 3.23 rear in that car, its a great gear overall with perfect daily driveability.

excellent....
Like i said when my nephew get's a chance i'll get a mechainal look at it..

2.73 would have been nice as i would like better gas milage but.. great.. better faster...

Ya the pin striping is kinda gay.. but I'm sure it would not hold up to the power of the rotary... but the red and gold .. that nice but i haven't found wheels to replace those yet i want to go with 17's but not chrome.

Now my dad wants it... he could have bought it all along... We were even going to go in on it 50/50 for awhile... but now he wants to buy it himself... We'll see, I might let him do it because I don't have any room for it anyways and I'll still get to drive it whenever I want....lol The problem with the one I'm buying is it's not the kind of car you can drive everyday & I hate garage queens... the car your looking at would make an awsome daily driver!

Yeah, if it's been maintained and still totally stock, that's a steal with those kinda miles. I've been trying to find a deal like that for a while to get the g/f into an F-body.
