The thunderstorms that came through around 7 last night were awesome! It started as one big, round cloud that looked like a flying saucer. Lightning was shooting out in all directions and thundering was booming as it moved across the sky. I've never seen anything like that! Then the big clouds came in and it was wild for about 15 minutes. Cooled things off a little.

It's been hot as hell here in NY for a week now. Tuesday we had a heat advisory for 110 degree heat index 
I wanted to run last Friday night at the track but it was 90 and humid so I was like forget it. No point in spending money to run slow times.
