almost got arrested on the way to NED i was crusing up to the track about a 130 mile drive. and i am about 5 exits from the track when i pull along side of a 95 mustang gt. well after getting beat about 3 times we both decided to just cruise to the track with each other average speed about 90. when a state cop pulls out and goes after us the mustang took an exit and i stayed on the highway. the cop flew off the offramp after the mustang and i slowed down a little after that

i went for a ride along with a CT state trooper, his cop car is actually an 02' Z28, ill tell u what u cant lie or hide from those laser guns they got ur mph and distance down to a tenth of a foot its unbelievable how accurate they are. You know what else is unbelievable is how muhc abuse them damn cars take...his z28 cop car has 117,000 miles on it...and he beats the living crap out of it. we went 50mph in reverse (id didnt even know that was possible) 120-130mph nonstop all day, i mean and no cop takes it easy either i mean 300 pounds of gear in the back 117,000 miles and its still going strong, unbelievable, good work GM.

I've been on both sides of I-90 going to NED or LVD, and what I can tell you is this. the Western side is ALOT more tame. I just saw a state trooper this saturday, and ive been going to LVD for over 4 years, I was surpised. I get on @ Lee and go bout 10 miles.
Going to NED, not only were there the regular crown vic's, alot of camaros. That is certainly not the place to mess around.

it was on i-95 in the morning about 8am. when the cop pulled out i stood on the highway and the mustang took an exit. the cop decided to go after the mustang instead. it was a 95 black mustang gt with trickflow heads and intake. i saw him when i was leaving the track and he told me that when the cop pulled him over he got arrested and his car got towed plus a 500$ ticket and a court date.
