For 275 and 153lbs = coeff. 1.797 ~1.80

Seriously, your weight can kill you in these type of event's. The trick is to come in at the very bottom of your class like 199, in a 199-220 class. That way someone 215lbs has to lift alot more to win, lol. I do it mostly for fun anyway, but always nice to get a medal or trophy. I hope to be around 1.75 for the next one in May.

I know...Even if I lifted again I would never reach that level again (I was 21 then and I am 28 now).Someone asked if it was pause or touch and go. It was touch and go. There was a judge, but you just had to keep your azz on the bench and not hit the bench with the bar on the way up. Guys were getting DQ'ed for lifting.

In addition Ronnie Coleman is in his 40s. He did lose this year though.
What would my coefficient be I'm 205 and bench 380. I've come to the conclusion that I will never hit 405 It just won't happen unless I gain 30+ lbs. I want to loose 20-30lbs. To enter the comps around hear. right now 380 would be embarrassing around hear there are kids putting up 450+ and weight around 220. They swear there not on the beans.

Have no Idea what I can max bench (no training partner to spot me) but I tell you what it wont be anything near your 1.61 coefficient. Be glad you accomplished that
