The problem is.... he doesn't have anything so in the end I probably won't get it back. But I will get $6000. worth of "entertainment". I can have him served and brought into court. If he doesn't show then I can push to have a warrent issued. Seeing that I knew him good (ok, I guess it wasn't that good in the end), I knew that he hadn't filed a tax return for a few years. I don't know how this happened but the IRS found out 
It would be worth some money to extract that out of him and make his life even worst than it usually is.

I'll be replying to your PM in a minute. I think I'm striking out with this one. I'm looking for Jon and Sandra Drewniak. This address comes up under a search for her name though.

His cell number and her work number
Both of their e-mail addresses
She works at Fidelity Investments in Marlbough and skates for the Boston Skate Club (Team Boston).
Their old address (was her property)
His post office box address
A number of plate numbers for Jeep Libertys. These were taken from vehicles I saw at her work.
His plate number - G60 190
And some basic info on this family.
Not getting to far with this info though.

It's not the first time he's had people chasing him down. He had to visit the attorney of his "problem clients". Things weren't going well so the attorney excused himself and then came back in a few minutes later. At that point he told Jon that there was someone there to see him. I think it was a sheriff that walked in to serve him
To add to this story, when he bought the new F150 I took a ride to Marlbough to pick up a dead F150 and tow it to a dealer in New Bedford (about 170 miles round trip). I then picked up a trailer that he was trading on a Saturday. That was also going to the dealer. But before we went there, I parked my truck and we drove by some houses so I could point out landscaping that I liked. He then showed me where he lived as a kid, where he went to school, where he got beat up ect... Then we stopped for lunch, BSed for a while and then back to my truck to drop off the trailer. Later on, when I was trying to get my money back, he offered me $3k. This was for about 4 hours work and maybe a few hundred in materials. I asked what the rest of the money was for. He said it was for 8 hours of "drive-bys". He changed me for everything I did for him that day! Plus there was his time picking stuff out at the nursery and then picking up the few plants that he put in.
I know a cop that ran his plate but it came up to the PO Box. Just thinking, I now have her SS number. That might provide me with an address. Actually, the Wallace Ave location was given by a PI. I wonder if he got that from the same search that I did or by her SS #. I have 7 plate numbers that could goto her Jeep. Or maybe none do.
