The "trophy's"
What I've been trying to get for awhile. Her plate -
Next is his truck that confirms that he lives there -
And the location where I can find him -
Besides what I'm doing on my end, I'm also open to suggestions for other legal (maybe push the semi legal envelope) ways to take care of this.

LOL!!! I just needed 30 seconds at the house once I got there. At that point I didn't care who saw me. I was kind of hoping they would see the flash. Makes them think

It's probably the most drive-by traffic they've had on Wallace Ave. in Auburn, Ma. for years! People probably can't figure out what the hell is going on......Hmm, automotive web site invades sleepy community side street.... BTW, 62 Wallace probably won't win any Christmas decorating awards with that pic, ha. WJ

It can see me knocking on his front door and telling him that I want my money. Then I step aside so he can see a street full of people carrying firearms, pipes, bats ect... Hey, it's The Network!

Well, here's where I'm at. I called "my lawyer" a few times this week but haven't heard back from him. I had him send a letter that pretty much said "pay or you'll be sued" when this went down in August of last year. Of course he didn't pay. I was told that the courts take awhile but I don't they take 16 months to get a court date for something like this. The lawyer said that he needed an address to serve this guy so that was holding things up but he's never told me that he has a court date. Sooo.... I don't think he's been working on this as much as me.
I talked to another lawyer that I use (he's pretty good). I'd have to start all over. That would mean sending him a letter that says pay up or you'll be sued. I'm sure he has a box of these anyway but he'll be surprized to find that I know where he lives. Then I have to wait for a court date, he'll most likely not show so I'll get the default judgement. If he does show then I'll probably get the judgement anyway. At that point it will be trying to get the money out of him. He doesn't have much (if anything) so that can be a project. It could be a waste of time going through the legal system. I'd have some satisfaction if it got to a point where I could have him arrested. It would be even better if I could wave at him when the police car drove by!
His wife parks on the right side of his truck. Woman's underwear next his passenger's side door would cause some interesting conversations if she found them. A friend suggested that he should be receiving gay **** magazines
So from here I need to figure out which way to go. I have an old, beat up compressor that needs to be returned to him someday. That sitting behind his truck would let him know that he's been found. It would be better if he figures out it's there after he backs up!
