the silver one, for the asking price is a good deal, if you can get it for that, if it's at a dealer, and can get it for 21K out the door, tax and reg included, I'd go for it. The yellow one would be the next best, but being the mileage is so low, you're not gonna be able to talk on that I don't think, so I wouldn't really even try.
But, 21K for the silver one, I'd do that and certainly wouldn't feel bad about it.

Mmm, Spiral Grey coupe, sweetness. 
I would try for a 2002 Z06 instead, it's a better/more potent car overall and the prices aren't that much higher...though those '01 prices really aren't that bad for such low mileage.
