So I guess you were working this weekend Kyle??? or did I justt leave Bass pro too early... I was going to make the trip down to Jenro's this past weekend but I have a pretty nasty driveshaft vibration after everything got reinstalled... but the 120 or so miles I did put on it were pretty nice... it definitely feels good with the SS3600 behind my cam....

Yeah im in Memphis this past week until late weds.

All right guys this is tentative.....
Most know we have a Track rental scheduled at MIR on this coming friday....
But it looks like rain... %40 chance
Sooooooo Myself and a whole bunch of other guys are planning to go to VMP (dinwiddie) on Sat night 5-9pm for some testing IF we get rained out on Friday.
We will know by mid day on Thurs if we are cancling the MIR trip.
Who would like to go????

Will do. Call VMP too, as sometimes they have chassis certs there.
The points program consist of "MOD" which is non electric cars (no delay boxes or trans brakes) and "TOP ET" which allows the air shifters,transbrakes,delay boxes, etc.
MOD does have a 9.00 limit though so you might have to slow it down a little bit.
Top ET only runs 1/8th mile. This is the class with all the dragsters.
Both classes is just bracket racing.It will make way more sense if you go saturday and I'll explain anything else you may have questions about.
When you sign up for points, its like $65 to register, then everytime you go to the track you just pay the regular entry fee.

VMP. Its about 90 miles from us. so an 1 1/2 HR's away.
Racing starts at 530 if my memory serves me correct....

hey, just checed out the link and it loos like the super chevy show will be here in june!! I cant go to MIR in april to see it cause ill have a restricted licesnse due to that damn accident!!!! But im gravy for june!!!!! Maybe i can take my little guy this year! Sorry guys, off topic.
