You might want to try the other O2 sensors Darren to see if the mpg improves. I'll bring the one you gave me to Jenro's. I hate to say it, but the stock O2s really hate LT headers. They can be made to work, but they tend to be alot more picky (esp in any kind of stop and go traffic). Vette rear O2s may help, but are more expensive (about $160/pair). The good news is that you could sell your extensions as the vette ones have longer wires.
As for other mods...
I'd hold off on the ewp until you have every other mod done and are just looking for that last bit of hp.
The u/d pulley is a good mod and is easy to install. Let me know if/when you get one as I have a good pulley install tool.
A ported throttle body would be a good mod also. Alot of sponsors here sell some pretty decently priced ones.
You didn't mention suspension, but it will help the car feel alot more stable with the added hp. You'll be faster too as you'll be able to put the power down more efficiently. Start off with SFCs and relocation brackets. Save up for an adjustable torque arm later.
After that you should sit back and decide what your goals are for the car. There are lots of options (NA, FI, cam+bolt ons, etc). What you decide will affect the parts choices (size of cam for example). After you throw a cam in there, get a good stall converter to match it.

I always tell everyone that... they try and make more and more power....... and they cant put it down the the pavment so now there slower then they were before and now they have more power..... suspension is key.....
The car i have now with bolt-ons ran 12.40's with 320rwhp.....

Crazylane - I live near VB blvd and Newtown. When I'm out running errands, I usually drive up VB blvd instead of using the freeway so maybe you saw me one of those times

well, i am a vert, so i know i could use some SFCs atlest, for now. Being that my car is as heavy as it is, i can still jump off pretty hard without spinning much, so i would expect that at the track i would still grab on street tires.
