Default Money for mods?

ok here is my problem I have ok credit my score is about a 660, and I need money soon for mods I've tried taking out a personal loan but keep on getting denied ( i got 2 more banks in mind to try) and the most I can put away is about 100$ a week at the most maybe a little bit more. So is there any other routes that I can go? Or am I pretty much going to have to be patient and wait until like june/july to get mods on the gto?

Save the money first, then do the mods.

I'm with them. Good advice so far. Wait. Don't go into debt for mods. If you can't pay cash don't do it.

get a 2nd job if you have to for a while... don't put yourself in debt over mods to a car. BAD idea.

ive been beat to this a few times.

mods despite what you think arent a necessity. theyre a luxury you should save for and buy them when you have extra money.

debt from mods = stupid.

I had a discover card with 12 months no interest and I put some mods on it and paid 300 a month for like 7-8 months until it was fully paid.

Thats not a bad idea as long as its no interest and you have the discipline to pay it off.

You allready have a kickass car! Why would you put yourself in debt to go faster?? Creditcard debt is the worst kind of debt, so I wouldnt go that route either. Just keep saving and start buying come july and put them on in the winter!

A credit score of 660 really isn't that bad. I believe it's average. The closer to 700+ the better and under 600 isn't to good. What reason do they give for denying you?

We offer credit through Car Care One. 90 days same as cash so that works out pretty good. I really don't recommend it if your going to carry a balance beyond 90 days through. The interest rate would be pretty high then.

Not a good move on your part. I have lots of experience with debt management.

Remember, this is all based on emotion.

Pay cash or do not buy.

Once you have the cash saved up, you may just find that you don't want to give it away so easily!

i even have no interest car payments.

an exception for going into debt is if your car is DD and something breaks that requires an immediate repair and youd like to upgrade that part while its being taken apart or replaced.

I agree with everybody else and I didn't read through everybody's but don't keep asking for loans. If you get denied twice that should be it. every time you are denied it goes on your credit record and makes it look worse and eventually lowers your score

if you sell your car you could easily afford a new truck, leases for a new dodge ram big horn 4x4 are 250 a month, no money down. thats less then 3 days of work for you.

ski mask - $5
pistol from gang memeber - $50
the look on the gas station attendants face - priceless

jsut save up. it isn't worth going into debt for a few go fast parts. just don't get impatient and settle on less than what you want jsut because of how much money you have. you wil only end up spending the money again to get what you really wanted anyway
