I was rippin. not to mention I got a 183$ fine for going on the parkway with the truck (my fault, but still)

Atco all the way next time.
i've had a similar experience at e-town, which is one of the reasons why i refuse to even go there anymore unless it is a very special event. a bad day at atco is better than a good day at e-town.

http://www.davemilcarek.com/030307/p...3-R1%20119.htm
that is a pic of my car from this past saturday

dave milcarek is THE MAN. i have a pic of my car taken by him framed and sitting next to my computer right now. he is an awesome photographer and i think im gonna have to buy another picture of the car from his gallery this year!

some other cars i ran against that day, all of which smoked me.

http://www.davemilcarek.com/030307/p...3-R1%20103.htm
he ran 9.90 i believe

http://www.davemilcarek.com/030307/p...3-R1%20082.htm
he ran 10.0

http://www.davemilcarek.com/030307/p...3-R1%20142.htm
ran this porsche on motor. supposedly had work done to it, he got me by about 1.5 carlenghts at the end of the track, but for some reason his time and mph didn't show up on the slip. i ran a 12.1 that pass so he probably ran somewhere around 11.7-11.9 i'd think.

You posted this at 2:52PM. Damn, you got home fast! Nice meeting you yesterday. The car sounds really good from behind while going down the track

I had a pretty good day down there yesterday. Ran a best of 12.53@111.34 with a 1.96 60'. I could have been in the 12.2-.3 range with a better launch. The car was hookin' pretty good. I think I stall converter will get that 4200lbs moving quicker. I was running my 300C SRT-8.

th400, yank "3800" stall (more like a 4000 ). now a 3.42 gear but ran basically the same with a 2.73 gear.

it is a very simple setup. atco's scale said 3450lbs with me in it, no bottle, and no passenger seat (about 50lbs).

it needs a cam .

btw with the 4l60e i was running a tci ssf 3800 stall. ran about the same also, but the 4l60 proved unreliable for me. it launched a lot harder with the shorter first gear of the 4l60. feels like a dog out of the hole now. it went 10.9 with a 1.55 60' with the 4l60, now it goes 10.8 with a 1.65 60'... go figure...

Wow, the scales were open? They're almost NEVER open there, I think I saw them opened only once during a rental day like 3 years ago LOL.

marc i think the reason they were open was because they were doing chassis cert. and 9sec lisences.

actually i weighed the car during a day in feb. the scale is right after the booth where you pick up your timeslip, the screen telling you the weight is facing the opposite side of the car but somebody was there telling people what the cars weighed.

after you pick up your timeslip look to the left and there IS as scale there. i didn't even know it was there until i saw somebody else waiting in line to get weighed.
