Default Bigger building

Well, as some know we have been looking to expand.Right now we are looking at Foxboro area.We are in the works to make a deal on a new 8k sq/ft building in an industrial park.Hopefullt within the next year we will be moving.Right now our shop is 2500 sq/ft.

We are planning 6 lift's,2 dyno's,alignment rack, alittle fabricating room and of course a storage room which we really need

better then the double wide. lol. jk

8,000 sq foot is nice!! however never enouph room, no matter how big.

my building is just under 9,000 sq foot with our office space, but our shop is just over 5,000.
it used to be plenty big, now we have stuff in a barn we bought. lol

never the space needed.

but good luck either way, more then double your space now!!

Sounds good. That place seems pretty cramped some days. I can imagine that must get pretty old every day of the week.

Dyno Dynamics. It's a full load dyno that even does 2 wheelers and street bikes.

8k is pretty much 3 times the space we have now.It will give me 2 lifts all the time and a office/showroom.Unlike you we don't have to stock big items so space should be real good. The location will be better too(more central).

is that the dyno you can accually test 1/4 mile ect?

yhea, this is true, our tools also take up tons of room, 10 foot power brakes, benches, 8 foot power rollers 4 welders ect ect ect.

we also store aprox 20 tons of metal at all times as well

good luck in the new space

Yes,but no experience hurts. You'll have to take a job for penny's till you prove yourself, expecially when you are looking at building $30k + setups on cars.
