Perhaps you need to have a chip sewn into their armpits so you can verify which closet they are in.

As a business owner, I'd love it, as an old school privacy kinda guy, I'd say... Fug it, im going to Wal-mart for a job.

In the end, what a great tool.

ya we have them also but the union will only let them track us when they are paying us so they can't track to the first job and after the last job so instead of going home early we do the same amount of work and just take longer coffee and lunch breaks and bullshite more theres always a way around the system

this is true, that is when the job site super comes in handy.

and i can track them any time so it stops the use of the trucks after work ect.

and like i said if it only gains 1/2 hour a day, it pays for itself, then some.

no offence, but its pretty shitty when your getting paid for work and you are screwing your employer.
instead of an honest 8 hours you work 6 hang around the rest, but if the guy signing your check needs an extra 5 minits of your time its the end of the world, and he is an ***.
pretty sad todays work ethic, or lack there of

see, thats when my visiting each job site on a regular basis helps. i show up all the time on all my jobs even if im not running them. i show up on tuesday morning one week, then friday after noon the next ect ect. so usually it works out pretty well. between that and gps, 1/2 hour a day is a deffinet.

Your business sounds very successful. You surely aren't doing all the work yourself. The guys out there whacking tin on your jobsites deserve a ton of the credit--they're the people actually making your profit for you to be able to live your lifestyle. At least that's how it works around here....Policing people too heavily could turn around and bite you real hard. Just my opinion. Amen. WJ

not sure if you read the hole thread.
i said this earlier.

"if my company makes money, it is do to my efforts in putting together a winning team, if my team is winning, they desirve a reward, if they get there reward, they continue to win, when i have a winning team, i am also winning.

sounds corny, but it is 100% true, and i believe the guys desirve part of the company profit.

as for liking working for a guy like me, its hard to say.
some guys do, and they stay around for a long time.
others leave. however atleast 1/2 of the ones that leave come back begging for there jobs back. the good ones i hire back the bad i dont.
once the good ones are back to work. they stay here for a long *** time."

trust me WJ, i know how we make money, without my men i could still do it, but on a much smaller scale. like how my old man used to do it. himself.
however we are grown now and now we have people do the work we get. at times i wish i was still bangin tin. lot less stress for sure

im not looking to police my guys to much, but we didnt police them at all befor, and we got taken advantage of very bad, so we will be policing, but not over doing it.
8 hours is 8 hours. thats all i ask, and i hold up my end. plus again, if the company makes money, they make money.
