like mike said. when you get the tune and your shift points firmed up, you will leave alot harder and trap 12's easy. a stall would definetly help with your launch.

we talked to acouple of guys who were thier and running the index class in the 10.0 class, and they were saying the track wasent that good last night cause everyone was running alittle slow. Even if thats not true, it helps me sleep at night. My buddy
in the stock 02 z auto, couldnt do better than 13.8, but had 2.73 gears out back,vs my 3.23s. my other in friend in the 01 gt 5 speed manual with 3.73s, a flowmaster catback, BBK 70mm TB and short shifter couldnt do better than 14.6. so i was the fastest at the track out thier.

the humidity probably didnt help any, especially with the pond right by the track. vmp usually does test and tune every friday night. check their website.... www.virginiamotorsportspk.com, sometimes on saturday morning too. i unfortunatley have to work on saturdays! so i cant make the cruise either.

chauncey was talking with me alot on the phone last night on the way back and we were talking about how it is always the same people who got to the meets on saterday nights and how HRfbody doesent really do like track days and for the most part, are pretty boring. we thought we could gather up the peolpe that were always intrested in doing stuff like yesterday, and set up days to tune our cars and set-up track days and **** like that. Even this thread for instance, its the same few folks who always reply, and from here even fewer who actually come out every week! I think we should gather everyone up and roll out to the track together and make a vid!!

I'd be down for cruising to the track with you guys. I'll watch though cause I am a chicken ****..... My car is slow anyway....

We FINALLY close on our house in Elizabeth City next week. Been living in the Studio Plus on Jefferson since 30 April and man it sucks. I cant wait as I am itching to try my RoadRunner with RTACS on Route 17. Need to tighten up my VE table anyway.

No Bass Pro for me until I have a place to wash and Zaino the car again....and yes its DIRTY!
