Centermount system way more restrictive than the regular SLP Dual-Dual. WJ

I would be removing the center mount tailpipe if I got one.

Right but was that due to just the bends or did they have a different muffler as I thought they used the same slp dual/dual muffler?

Some of them had the "ring/cone of silence", which blocked flow out one of the tailpipes. It was basically the same thing, you just had to remove the little ring. I think this was only on earlier models and only on models that were actually put on cars. If you got it directly from SLP it didn't have it. Not way more restrictive, just a little.

These SLP exhausts are looking pretty expensive used. It might cost less to go with a new stock catback and a cutout

If the dual/dual is expensive then go Magnaflow with a possible Bullit.

You think cat-backs are expensive for the F-body.... Take a look at them for the GTO's!!!!

Corsa- $813 + shipping goes up to $967-1093 elsewhere

Borla- $824 + shipping goes up to $961 elsewhere

Magnaflow- $764 + shipping

SLP LMII- $699 + shipping

Of course the prices change from site to site, but these are the lowest I can find advertised!

I did the expensive exhaust thing with my Trans Am... GMMG and FLP LTs!

Yes Vette exhausts are expensive as well. I was going to mention that too but since I don't own one yet, I figured I'd let a vette owner take the plead!

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...p+dual+exhaust

This guy has the dual/dual muffler, I-pipe, and passenger side tailpipe. I wonder how hard it would be to find an over the axle pipe and a driver's side tailpipe?
