any one know where i can get???
a full front cover? the one that covers both fenders and the nose of the car in 1 piece for working on it.
the basic fender covers just suck, i end up using towles and stuff, and they fall off. anyoneever seen them? i saw them at speed inc a few years back and i want one for my house.

Dunno, what do you think is fair to charge, what material would you want it made out of? It could be like vinyl on one side and fleece or cotton on the other, I think that would be cool. Let me play around with some ideas, see how much the material costs, and see if I can dig up the sewing machine. I assume you would want a magnetic strip to hold it to the engine bay edge. I have that on my current mat thing, dunno what its really called.

a magnet would be cood, but plastic fenders will be hard.
maybe just a little tie that could tie to the side mirror?
let me know what you come up with. even just a nice heavy cotton cloth. just so belts dont scratch ect. i have a tool holder i use so im mainly trying to protect from small scratches ect.
99% of the cars i work on are super super nice and i try like hell to keep them like that when they leave

Id go with some micro fiber on the inside. Fleece would tend to pickup sand and what not if you accidentally dropped it. Microfiber you could just brush off and be good. Stuff would tend to get trapped in fleece.
At that thought, anyone else interested in something like this? I'd need a car to make some measurements on- seeing as mine is a little out of whack at the moment
