The scary part is that you are the first one to have a LSX block done there

Awsome! Let me know when you'll be working on it, I'll take a trip down. Tomorrow they'll be dropping dropping off two fresh 75lb bottles, so I can bring them down too.

chris, the same set up is about 1500 for everything, you can save $$ in some spots, but thats about what bobby's cost.

Don, im pretty much the first one to have an lsx block done anyplace, no onehas done anything with them yet. there are a few in other states, but other then that, i may be one of the first up and running.
they are areal good shop and all, just didnt have all the stuff he needed ect

thanks for the props guys, cant wait to get this thing going.
id like to go 9's on motor, but realy i have no clue, im trying new stuff that i dont know how itsgoing to work. i know it works on othercars, we'll see how it works with the lsx.

timmy, im realy realy hoping to go pick it up friday or monday. we'll see.

i just added a boat anchor to the nose of the car, i'l be lucky to pull the wheels. lol
first time out will be on motor, and we'll see if i can even make the car hook. once the motor is in i will adjust preload, and i already set theshocks up to the point i feel should work, so we will see.
we'll see what happens tho, should be good

i have the $$ saved up for the solid roller now as well, but i have other plans that the car is going to have to work the way it is for now. need the$$ for other stuff right now

All motor 9's is tough, I do see definitly deep 10's leaving smoothly off the line.

i agree esp with the added weight of the lsx block, and im not using the best heads, or intake and im reusing last years cam(which is small for what im doing) i may swap it this winter tho
but on motor last year with alot less compression, less ci, less intake and a nitrous tune it went high 10's, so bottom 10's are doable, and with a cam swap 9's is doable.
we'll see tho and soon i hope
