Just make sure you have the right size hitch ball on your truck.

Pay the ticket and stop speeding in mass, I'm not sure how it works if you fight it, if you fight it and lose CT may be notified, not sure though.

You go to the track so you can speed like it's noone's business... no need to do it on the way there or the way back.

Thanks man, I am going to pay the ticket, I heard from another friend that paid a ticket and her insurance never found out as well. I have to be very careful now, I don't want a third ticket in one year that's for sure, last night on the pike I wouldn't go passed 50 and stopped at every yellow light even, lol. Live and learn, I pushed my luck, now going to be very precautious and I guess it's a good thing I'm getting used to racing legally at the track as well.

sounds like you learned your lesson, that's all that matters.

Like I've said before, I don't drive my car anymore on the street not because I can't.. it's just not worth it to me.

Yeah I'm not one to do stupid things on the road, I was just going down hill on 90, I rememberer that sign that said trucks test their brake's, so I was basically going between 80-90 trying to get home, I'd stay at 80 but would kreap up to 90 cause of the down hill and touch the brake's back to 80, I didn't see the cop at all though so didn't have a chance to touch the brake's before he clocked me. Now I'll have to go under 75 at any 65mph highway, even at 75 I'm nervous but I can't see myself going 65 honestly.

In any case, I never imagined the weather could make such a big difference in my time's (I always thought that was just with turbo cars and their heat soaking issues). When I went wednesday, I was running 13.7's and up until the sun went down, when I ran my 13.6 with hardly any gas, then I come back saturday and it's not neccessarily cold but just not as hot and humid as wednesday and my first run was a 13.4, with half a tank of gas. I'm wondering if I could hit the low 13's I wanted from the beginning on an actual cold day without any more mods, but I don't think I'm gonna get to find out, because I'm gonna be getting that ls6 intake on sooner than later. I'll prob do a tune after, and go back to the track and see how I do. It's gonna be interesting seeing the dif. mod for mod, and hopefully the weather will continue getting colder. I def. wanna hit 12's just bolt on's before I get a decent power adder like a cam or w/e else I think of if I change my mind on the cam.

Jimmy- ported throttle body and UD pulley and I bet you can turn in a 12 sec slip with those radials I have in my garage..

EDIT I want to take a trip up to the track maybe this week or next with the V6 car, maybe put some spray on it because I just bought a newer system. The other motor will be back from the machine shop soon enough, then that will be making its way into the white car as well.

We'll see, I wanna go mod for mod for now though, and I have that ls6 intake sitting at home, next step is ls6 intake and tune. Then prob gears and radials. I might go to the track this wed. or sat again, if I get that intake put in. What v6 car do you have?
