in a perfect world there would be no need for welfare. My mother was on welfare when she was a little kid, mostly because her entire family were immigrants from italy and needed help. Now theyre all tax paying citizens. They would have all passed no problem, however...it makes me sick thinking that there are generations that go on welfare and have no problem getting free handouts while they smoke ****, have unprotected sex..and feel the need to just have an assload of kids.
