For what ever reason COT is not disabled in his tune. I won't turn it off till we get it on the dyno and see where the AFR is at. I would hate to turn it off and it go lean while he's being a bully on the street
Understandable....

Eaton TruTrac is a posi, I love mine, it didn't break so I can't complain

http://www.eaton.com/EatonCom/Produc...trac/index.htm

Spool both axles are locked together. Less weight than a posi and not street friendly. Cheaper than a Posi unit.

Well I can agree with them not being street friendly.... Around 3k miles and my MT DRs are shot already.... I have the wires showing.

Thanx man.

No problem, if you go back into it I HIGHLY recommend a TruTrac. Even know a great place to have it done too. I think my 1.48 60ft with 3.42 gears says a lot about his skills setting up a rear.

I sent EvilSVT a pm on TWM last night to tell him to take me off the list. I hadn't paid yet either, so I'm not sure if I was even on the list.

Go with a gear that puts you at redline at the end of 1/4. Most likely it would be 4.10's. But 3.73 is a good all around gear.

4.10 will get you to 121mph trap speeds with a 26 inch tire in the back redline of 6500.

3.73 will get you up to 133mph with the same setup.

It's not your DD so might as well make it fun.

Why would you need new backing plates to change out the gears?
