When I was a manager there, you were lucky if they came back after lunch!
Some of the kids are good with the computer.. but lack experience- plus I had one kid that didn't speak english.
Best bet is to look up the parts on the website (or vendor) and then go to the store with the number.. preferably a "feeder" store that has lot's of stock.
