Quick/real street call out!!! i know a few said they will be running at these NED events just seeing if any one is a def. for one of these classes!!!! i know i will be attending the reall steet class with the starquest and if she runs strong enough i will run quick street. and the yellow 69 will be running all real street events as for first pass off the trailer was 9.54 @147 should be a good 30Plus car class!!! And i hope Brad is one of them!!!!

I'd talk to Rich or Jim before going up with the starquest. Here is the first line of ythe rules:
"Quick Street is designed for American production vehicles. Import and Sport Compact style cars are prohibited."
They also re-named the classes as follows:
Quick Street 8.50 to 9.49
Fast Street 9.50 to 10.49
Super Street 10.50 to 11.49
Real Street 11.50 and slower

i will not be at the first event. im going to be in florida for my 4 day weekend vacation for the year.
i will be racing after that tho. not sure what class im going to run yet. all depends what the car does with the new mods. if it runs 8.8 8.9 over and over. i will throw the 100 shot in it and run the 9.5 class. if not i will run quick street.
i know once timmys car is back together he will be running 9.50 class. im trying like hell to get B-Man to run the 10.5 class. last time i ran his car it went 6 pass's the slowest being a 10.57 the fastest being a 10.51. that car would be mint for that class.
i know the mota brother brothers will have atleast one car out. the orange car is in surgery tho and lou is down with his broken leg, not sure if he will be out or not.
should be fun tho

i know i will have some people bitch cause every racer up there will whine and fight it. but its like a camaro designed in usa made in mexico and canada lol..
run the 11.50 class to support the class. the more people that go the more they will look to open other classes. before you know it they will have a 12.50 class

I have been getting some help from the past champs of quickstreet for my build.. they are the ones who pushed me to the class.. so i got some back up in help running the car in that class.. At least i look at as a american car. its not like i am running anything jap on the car Its a a turbo ls1 with mustang rearend.. i hope i get welcomed from all the racers in the class as just one more car they have to beat not that car was made with rusty jones jap undercoating lol.. so i hope to see all up at the events this year and i will be up to fill the Bottles for the TBSS soon!!!!! spray and pray lol
u think they will open it up to more slower classes? i dn.... how much is entry fee for this neways? i'll run the 11.50 class a few times if im bored... honestly i've never ran a .400 tree it would be fun.... depending on the price of entry i'll go a few times and run 11.50....

boost, for what its worth evry one of the guys running the quick street are great guys. i love messin with em. my buddy's where a force to be recon with in there orange mustang. the real street guys hated when we showed up. lol i am by no means a contender, my car is not a 9.5 or 8.5 car so im all over the place, but there car was tuned in. it was almost always them and harrachy or madilina in the finals (spelling on the last names) but they where all great guys
