excuse the poor quality but this was taken with my iPhone at 80mph on the way home from work. LOL
Damn good looking car if I may say so. First one I have seen in person, let alone on the road.

I do like it better than the new Camaro. But the LSX Camaro aftermarket is WAY ahead of the 6.1 hemi aftermarket.
As nice looking as that car is, its extremely heavy for a car that has a small back seat.
But it does look great!!

Wow, I wouldn't have expected to see one on the road just yet...had to be a manufacturer license plates I bet, maybe traveling to one of those Delaware Chrysler plants from NYC maybe?
I like 'em.
Ironically, that billboard in the background is for a HUGE dealership not 3 miles from my home (less than a 1/2 mile from my former home actually) and it was also once one of the largest Dodge dealers in the country I think.

Just as ironic 1998/1999/2000/2001/2002 Camaro's ran the same times with 100 less HP (-1.0 second) @600lbs lighter (.6 tenths lighter). I think I'll stay Chevrolet.

Out of curiousity, what did/do you think of the looks of the original Challengers from the early '70s?
You did know that there was a (very popular) Challenger in the early '70s and that it looked A LOT like this new one right?

The car's not going to be up to the performance standard of a 4th gen f body, I'm willing to bet that it will be right on par with what the new camaro will be when it finally shows up, in it's 4000 lb's of glory which it will be.
Hemi aftermarket is gonna start coming around quick once that car's out and about, plus they've finally cracked the computer so you can tune it, and now with no more mercedes involvment, it probably won't be like 1500 dollars to change the ears anymore LOL

Those are "Manufacturer" plates- no need for inspection or registrations!
They are "test mules" for the cars that are coming out- usually go from dealership to dealership to show off and put some miles on an actual piece.
I just saw a test mule for a BMW X-6.. they covered all the emblems, fake decals, and the driver was at the bar with us!
