Saw your car when I was there yesterday. Nice looking ride.

I was picking up my 2000 Z28 from getting tuned. 440/430 on the 383 with an auto in it.

I think you will see some peak gains. Unless you put some different heads on your combo, I wouldn't expect much.

I'm not expecting too much. It's a no-lose situation really. It sets me up nicely to get good gains out of a ported set of heads.

"Fly" is an understatement. 400 rwhp with an auto is bottom 11's in the1/4 if it hooks. 515 rwhp through an auto is scary in a street car. He should probably invest in some safety equipment.

not too scary if you can drive! but definatley need to get the rear done so i can hook. maybe this fall.

Not really. I have been kicking around the idea of getting another set of 243's if I can find some for a good price. I don't want to have the car down while the heads are being ported.

I'm not sure. Not very familiar with those guys and their labor grades and such. I know they are starting new test engineers at 54K.

yes i do it is in this week for o2's and racetronics kit to handle the fuel problem and get the fast ported with finasl tuning.

Ask Ford Dr on tidewater if he will do it. He has been willing to do mine but we just can't get a good time.
