Sucks, we changed it and turned it on so we knew it wouldn't leak, but the pressure wasn't where I wanted it so I closed the bottle and turned on the heater.
Got in the car, camera had my seat belt all knotted up, next thing I knwo Rich is rushing me to run the car, forgot to turn it on
But, that's racing, and yes I think I could have taken that black mustang no problem, and knowing that the duster that won runs around 9.7 to 10.0, I think I could have got him too.

Sorry to hear about the turn of events. At least you were chosen to be one of the 16 to actually race.
What do they say, better to love and lost, than to never love at all. I think I'd be more upset if you spent all the time and money thrashing and then not get chosen to run.
To those who went, were there any imports at all? From most of the ALL-OUT shows that I have seen, it's all domestic, with it mostly old school muscle with a splash here and there of modern cars.
Again, JL, it must have been a blast and congrats to you and all who helped you.

Thanks man, it was a blast, to leave with some new contacts, and more $ in my pocket then when I left to go was nice too.
Sucks I'll look like a clown on national TV for not turning the bottle on, but the damn TV guys had stuff pinning my seatbelts so I couldn't get them back over the bar and on, and I forgot to turn it on, it was that simple.
Next time go to one of these, I'll have a truck big enough to bring an extra guy or 2, and we'll be more ready with this type of stuff I promise. It was a wake up call in the pit crew department, Chef is a huge help and I couldn't get it done without him that I know, but the 2 of us just can't get everything done that needs to be done. I need to find another guy that will commit to going with me, that's the bottom line.
