Default Installed lca relocation brackets

Install was pretty straight forward. For some reason had to man handle the pass side to get the bolt to go in but it was also a bear getting the stock bolt out. Only thing i didnt know going into it you have to cut the one side of 2 brackets that hold the ebrake cables but no worrys had my little disc cutter.

Took it for a spin and the rear feels alot better now all around then before. Doesnt take bumps in the road as bad as before. That a bonus though. As far as traction before the tires would just spin silently and would get wheel hop. After The tires spin but they are screaming for mercy while doing it. Doesnt spin as long now either. Wheel hop is totally gone now to. This is a great mod. It even fixed a clunk i had when going over bumps haha. I have it set in the 2inch drop hole right now. Might try the 3inch later down the road.

Anyway thanks UMI Performance and I highly recommend this if your having traction and wheel hop problems^^

I have the UMI's and love them, definetly a good product! You had to do some cutting? I didnt have to, maybe the LT1's e-brake cables are in different locations than the LS1's

Yes they are different... the LT1's do not have the cable bracket like the LS1's

I just did the same thing on my 'Hawk a few weeks back. I wish there were mention as to what to do with the brackets... I ended up modifying them to fit without cutting...

Excellent purchase and the different can definitely be felt!
