Went to the track last week . The car ran 14.2 at 101 and 104, with a 75 shot . I am tired of this dam car . I will be trading this clunker , and get GT500

so its basically stock, how bad are you spinning and what are you launching at. but before you do anything you really need a lid, headers, a tune , and probably a better catback.

The Zex kit must be mounted backwards and sucked 75 HP out of the car.

^^^That's what I was gonna say, lol. I had a bone stock 02 WS6 M6 and after learning to launch it ran consistant 13.5s with a 2.0 60ft. I find it funny that most people who complain about their times don't show their 60ft times. I guessing going to the GT500, he'll have the same problems.

IMO, if you want an M6 that performs well and consistently at the strip you are going to need some different tires. You don't have enough sidewall with 18" wheels to get traction and reduce your 60' times especially if your hitting the bottle right off the line. I picked up nearly a second on the big end just by running some bias-ply tires on a 15" wheel and dropping my 60' times.
