We didn't get her done yet. Still blowing by second gear into the limiter. I had to bail about 11:30 last night. My kid was an hour and a half out of Tallahassee and hit something metal in the road. Took out the rear tire and rim. You wouldn't believe the rim damage !! Looks like an axe hit it at 100 mph !! Never seen anything like this !

Pitt,
Sorry to hear about the bad luck on both fronts. Hope both can get fixed up soon!
The 1.422 was off the transbrake at 3000 rpm, and I also had a 1.439 off the footbrake. Both gave decent wheelies, but the TB 1.422 was an eye opener! I also had a 1.459 off the footbrake with a little chatter (that pass was my last of the night around 10). 18 psi seems to work good for me, but I know people that have tried more and less depending on weight and such.

You have one hell of a good suspension on that car.

He waas running the 98 camaro grey with flames on the front. The SS would get off the line at all. 2.4 60ft all night. The third run the damn t/c was acting up. It came on even though it was showing to be off. Looking into tires for it now, that maybe what was messing with the t/c on the launch.

Do you have experience with a scavenge pump ? I know you need some positive crankcase pressure. I need to take care of this excessive crankcase pressure problem. I was told 15-20 hp from the relief !
How do you not remove too much pressure (adjustable)?
How do you hook the pump up to an LS motor ?
Is the valvecover breather then removed ?
