Something i might add about getting a DL in FL. You will need your birth certificate to get a DL down there. i don't kno why but their site said an out of state DL would suffice but they wouldn't give me a DL based on my indiana DL and i had to have my parents mail me my birth certificate. this was back in november of 2003 though so maybe it's changed.

i live in fl but just got a car from out of state. you have to have the vin verified, but you may be able to do that ahead of time with a notary instead of haveing to wait at the DMV and risking a cop giving you crap about your mods. also you may want to check out the south florida section of need2speed.com, we have a lot of local west palm area guys and frequently get together to hang out and race.

LOL i did that back in 03 (ft lauderdale) but somewhow am back in indiana living with my dad and unemployed.

Man sorry to hear that, but I will not sugar coat things. I HATE indiana, I have never been in trouble in my life and since Ive been here I got speeding ticket, arrested, worst of all WINTER.
