Default Biker hits me on I95 near Sheridan

Bikers ripping last night, one hits the back of Honda Civic, the bike goes to flipping and passenger sliding on the road. The bike hits my passenger DOOR!!
I pull over to help this guy and could not find him?!?! Witnesses say they saw him stumble to side of the road and get into an SUV. FHP arrive, they couldn't find his tag, but found a receipt and credit card of the biker and said they would pay him a visit. What's messed up he just bought the bike 9.27.2010, has no motorcycle endorsement, has a DUI and on probation...think he's got insurance
I feel for his physical pain, but he gambled and lost.
Oh well enough of my rant, going to drop the car of next week to get repaired.

Ridiculous. When is karma/darwinism/whatever is out there gonna set this assclown straight for his actions? If a person gets more than one DUI they should be sent somewhere on Earth where there are no roads or something. They obviously could give a damn whether they have a license or not.

Sucks! Doesn't look too bad, but still sucks!

I don't even understand why people ride motorcycles in south florida. The way people drive, man its like playing frogger.

This is why I'm a big advocate for uninsured motorist coverage. I didn't have coverage myself until I started working as a law enforcement officer. After seeing how many people are out there without insurance, I quickly added that coverage.

Uninsured motorist required in my book. Paid me a lot of money in my bike accident. Uninsured drunk pregnant POS in Orlando. Took me a decade to get another bike.

Hope your car is fixed quick and perfect!

What an assclown. I used to poke fun of ricers/crotch rockets for their stupidity. One visit to FMV or LMV or whatever films meet and I still make fun of them, but from a safe distance or in a beater. I never want any of my F-bodies anywhere near these retards.

Hopefully the guy is in jail. Fleeing the scene of an accident is a felony I believe.

All of south Florida is bad. I saw an accident Saturday night that was a solid 30mph hit and both drivers tried to leave without even getting out of their cars. At least an undercover cop got one of them.

Uninsured motorists covers you if your injured in an accident and it's not your fault. It only kicks in (florida) after you exceed your 10k PIP. Doesn't cover any property damage.

Car is not in bad shape at all, just looks awkward, clean except when you get to the door.

I would have taken the bike had it not been a total loss
