Like trevor said. Do not sit on your *** and let things take there course. If you show up to your court date without an attorney you are fucked. Please do yourself the favor and call an attorney. The best person for this case would be Robert Azcano. He is the guy to talk to. He represents The Ticket Clinic. Trust me when I say this guy is good. I have not had a ticket stick since July 24 2007 because of this guy and believe me there was more than enough evidence for them to charge me with street racing multiple times. His number is 407 254 0022. Tell him that Dante sent you whenever you meet with him at his office and he will give you a good deal.

Good luck. I have a class a to. Its in the back of my mind everytime I get in my car . You job is always in jepordy. The ricers **** it up for everybody. You were in the area so you must be guilty. The state, county, and city are all broke its all about the money. They don't care if you loose everthing because you lost your job over a B.S. ticket.

A few years ago I bought a 99 GTP 2 dr that was a cop car from day 1
It was the complete plain brown wrapper,no markings of any kind.
Imagine how many were chased down in that.

UPDATE! i went to pre-trail yesterday and the judge told me that it seems that the state doesn't have any evidence so i have to appear in court on the 11Th of next month. and if they still don't have any evidence she said it will be thrown out of court!

the sheriff fucked up, he didn't see me on Avalon/porter rd his undercover did and i was at McDonald's buying food when the idiot wrote the ticket 25 miles from Avalon rd. only evidence the retard told my he had was his gay *** deputy pulled my tag witch was a lie because i personally seen the sheriff get out of his car and look at my tag. and that's probably why they don't have **** on me because Avalon rd is a public rd. THEY FAILED TO SHOW EVIDENCE THE JUDGE NOW KNOWS THIS IS BULLSHIT i received the ticked before thanksgiving they still don't have a damn thing & they still wont on Jan 11Th!

how many miles is it from avalon to the mcdonalds on north orange blossom trail? and, also i like to add that this whole **** seems like a big bluff call. i and 50 other people think this **** will be dropped.

WHAAT, something needs to be done with dumb *** sheriff's like that before some elderly couple gets lost down Avalon and this idiot writes them a ticket for participating in a street race. 25-30 miles you have got to be kidding me he didn't see me do **** his undercover seen me on a cell phone parked on the side off the road about maybe a 1/8 mile away from the 7-11 gas station.
