i got a ticket in orlando for participating in unlawful street race!

i got a ticket in orlando for participating in unlawful street race! Saturday night i went to Orlando to pick my girlfriend up for a date and was driving around and some how got lost. we ended up on a street that was packed over a 100 Honda's so i beeped my horn to see if they can let me through and all of a sudden everybody starts running i guess they must of thought i was a cop or something. then, me and my girlfriend made it back to 441 to mcdonalds and when i came out of mcdonalds i see a sheriff walk to the back of my car and look at my tag. so, i asked him whats the problem and all he Say's is his deputy seen me twice on some street called Avalon so i tell the sheriff that I'm not from here so it's possible that he did see me i was on a lot of streets me & my girlfriend was having a good night so we was driving around. so he hits me with participating in unlawful street race that all it Say's on the ticket what does this mean because i wasn't street racing at all!

the ticket doesn't say ( street racing ) all it Say's is '' participating in unlawful street race Avalon/porter '' when i received the ticket i wasn't on Avalon i was on 441 and i was parked at McDonald's. all told me was i was seen by his deputy and his deputy pull my tag so i asked him then why didn't your deputy pull me over i would have told him that i was on a lot of streets just driving around he just walked away.

8 people all are telling me it's a spectator ticket WHEY THE **** WOULD I WATCH A BUNCH OF SPANISH KIDS IN SLOW *** HONDA'S WHEN I HAVE A FINE *** LADY FREIND AND WAS ABOUT TO GET SOME!

hell no, he did try and say that so i told him to show a video of me street racing and all he can do so that my tag was pulled by his deputy so i was like so what u just got out of your patrol car walked around my car and looked at my tag.

a lot of those honda *******'s race up & down 441 all night if u was behind one of them minding your own business u participated in it? B.S. I'm entering a not guilty plea & getting a lawyer.

You need to fight this asap!!!! Do not and let me say again do not just sit there and take this up the ***. You need to find some one to help you out. Seems like you will prob get it thrown out. You were deff in the wrong part of Orlando on a sat night ESP when you dont know the area.

UPDATE, just shown the ticket to a lawyer that a friend of mine introduced me to he says some how i went down the wrong street that night and got popped for being around people that was street racing. he told me just plea not guilty I'm not from around they're so how would i know if a street is notorious for street racing EVERY STREET IN THE UNITED STATES IS NOTORIOUS FOR STREET RACING!
