I live over by the Bestbet Dog racing track on Park Ave in an apartment. I noticed the 10% Veterans discount they offer, that's nice.

Does anyone know of a shop or person who does tuning of the pcm using like HPTuners or something simular? Thanks guys

 

There is a tuner shop over on College dr (in Orange Park) and one in Green Cove Springs that I have heard some local guys use (can't remember the names). Depending on who you talk to there are various opinions on different shops. Wish I could help you.

I am just a V6, lots of friends went turbo, sayvit is cheaper. But no clue about turbos. Friend has a 500 whp V6 Pontiac. Runs mid 10s

 

There is a new a do-it-yourself Hobby Shop on the west side near Beaver and Edgewood Ave. it has lots of space for big vehicles and motorcycles too. Website: www.diyautohobbyshop.com

 

As a matter of fact they offer space to mechanics who want to start their own gig with low overhead. Just rent a bay by the week or month with no long term commitment. Not a bad idea.
