Hey everyone, car will be done this week. A few delays on the fuel system, so we may just stick with stock at this moment in time...

Otherwise, everything is done. Just have to button up a few things, get the injector tune in and start her up.

Should be running by Friday Will keep everyone posted- thanks for stopping by!

It was cleaned so the heads would properly seal to the block. The car has not been dynoed yet.

Its a 3M disc we use for aluminum surfaces to help clean the deck and pistons. We've had the best luck with these discs as they are the least abrasive and leave no residue or debris like the other types leave, they're great. Just have to keep everything lubricated with degreaser as you go.

Erik

PS-- G8 left yesterday- started right up and drove great- Xavier wants to tune it, so we'll support him if he needs it and will get some numbers when we can!

Thanks B. Though it took a bit longer than expected, the car turned out great! X also brought over his new bumper which Josh threw on in the wee hours of the morning...

As you can see, the car looks and drives excellent!

The fuel system also worked well, just needs some polishing (like any one-off fuel system might) and she'll be ready to put back in and be sold to the general G8/GXP public.

We want to thank Xavier for giving us the opportunity to work on his car and for being patient with us during the process!

X, post some sound clips or more pics when you can!

The car was sliding all over the road but I installed all my suspension mods yesterday so now atleast when it slides it slides straight and handles like a champ, that front bar was a bitch to get in though I had to move the intercooler pump and power steering line. For the fueling im going to wire up a b.a.p I have at home next week for now since it looks like im loosing fuel pressure I have 3 buckets so if I burn the pump i might get one modified
