Default Local 4l60 rebuild Orlando

A neighbor lost 3rd gear in his 00 1500. 1, 2, 4, R, fine, holds great, but third is almost gone. Any local shops to Orlando that can fix? Just something stock, not performance. Any idea to costs? I'll even help him pull it out...

it is the 3-4 clutch pack that goes. 4th is held by the band, as well as the clutch pack, which also controls 2nd. 4th will go soon.

in the auto section he also said that he is slipping in 4th so we have come to conclusion that the 3-4 is bad lol its hard to have a bad 3-4 pack and not have 4th slipping also lol.

Wonder if I should fix it and sell it or sell it as is? I doing a A4 to M6 swap so I won't need it.

At least the clutch is easy and I can do it, the auto isn't. Now decide which one to do first!
