Question Traded the DD from 5-0 to 5.0

*FlameSuit On*

Well I Traded My 2000 Crown Vic PI that i was using as a DD for a 94 Mustang GT Vert. Its not bad.. But i think the Tranny is going or something.. Im not a Ford guy so im not sure and i know with these 5.0's alot of factors play in to shifting and what not ( tps? ).. It seems a little down on power and Under light throttle when it shifts there is some Studder to it before it grabs and sometimes hunts for the gear... Gonna try some Lucas if not have it rebuilt. The Vic was getting ready to need a rebuild it was starting to slip under hard throttle so i figure i was gonna have to rebuild one or the other.. I know there is some Mustang guys on here.

I'm not a ford guy but that sounds like the clutch is worn and may need syncro's? Just throwing in my 2 cents....

Ya, '94-95 automatic GT's are a mid to high 15 second car at best in stock form, it's just slow.
