Try here:

ProActive Automotive
5528 Force 4 Parkway
Edgewood FL 32839
407-286-0769

It's a small shop run by a guy named Bill Collyer. He worked on the Florida east coast as a GM dealer tech for about 20 years; he has the fancy ASE certifications which I don't remember. They recently moved to the address above, they are about a mile north of Sand Lake / SR528 on Orange Avenue. I already called him and described your symptoms and he said to pass along his info.

I've raced with him at autocross events and he isolated and repaired the intermittent short in an hour which the dealer service writer said could take up to 10 hours. I'll be taking my car back there for more touch up work once the body repairs are complete.
