Camaro wrecked in tampa last night, anyone here?

So he's stopped in the middle of the road and got rear ended. I always worry about some jackass doing this in front of me in the middle of the night. When I see tail lights in the middle of the road I assume the car is moving. Throw in someone txting driving 45/55 mph heading home he/she might not have had time to react. I hope everyone's ok, I look forward to hearing "the rest of the story"

Found this on the news. Sounds like the other driver may have been drinking.
TAMPA - The missing driver of an abandoned car on the Gandy Bridge has been located, according to Tampa police.
It all started around 8 p.m. Saturday when emergency crews responded to a report of a vehicle crash.
St. Petersburg fire crews and Tampa Fire Rescue units initially responded, but were unable to locate the driver.
An unidentified witness told authorities they saw the driver jump into the water.
Water rescue crews from Tampa Fire Rescue, the Tampa Police Department dive team, FWC, and the U.S. Coast Guard spent hours searching the nearby water for the driver.
Tampa police say the vehicle was registered to Charles F. McFadden, 55, of Tampa.dum Officials were unable to reach McFadden via phone or at his address during the search efforts.
Sunday morning, Lt. Ronald W. McMullen told ABC Action News that investigators did finally make contact with McFadden at his residence.
McFadden reportedly told officers that he suffered minor injuries in the crash and decided to walk home, leaving his vehicle at the crash scene.
The Tampa Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident.

No thats not the same one. This one happened on either gandy or causeway or gandy. Camaro was stopped in the road doing a burnout and a drunk driver was passed out at the wheel and plowed into it at 60+. And they wonder why I don't go out "racing" with them, because **** like this happens when ricers are involved

I either missed something or there is some real sacrasm going on... When did a ricer come into question? Was the drunk driver a ricer...? If not, which it sounds like he was just a drunk driver, what are y'all 2 talking about?

Ricer is a type of person, not specifically a type of vehicle. They just usually tend to own hondas. But I would consider any camaro owner who pulls out into traffic where hondas congregate to street race and proceeds to do a seemingly pointless burnout just as ricer as the hondas that are there

some people said they thought it was a guy named Cam, but someone who knew him confirmed it wasn't him. they said it was a t-top car. I believe I know the one it was. one night I was out there about a year ago there was a flat black t top camaro with 69 z/28 badges on it cruising through and doing burnouts. I'm trying to find the convo again and see if any more info or names have been posted
